Michael has been in the events & entertainment industry his entire life. In addition to working in the live entertainment field in the early years, Michael attended Michigan State University and earned a Bachelors degree in Marketing. Michael has a fantastic team operating each business unit and the focus of each and every team member is to exceed all of our clients’ expectations!


Rebecca has built a career on essential facets of special events management. With 19 years at Showtime Events, Rebecca plans and executes events with seasoned expertise, focused creativity and efficiency. Rebecca is a member of the International Special Events Society and Meeting Planners International. Rebecca participates and provides support to many local charities and events in her community each year. Rebecca enjoys cooking, photography, boating, stand-up paddle board and spending time with her family.​


Carley grew up in Seagrove, FL. After earning a B.A. in Theatre from Auburn University, she returned to Santa Rosa Beach to begin her career in wedding design. Carley started her training under a well-known event designer in the area in January of 2013....

Dave Taylor, Business Development

Dave Taylor has been an artist in the traditional sense, since he was a child. He has been involved in the arts and entertainment, film, graphics and corporate events industry over the past twenty years. Dave joined the Showtime Events Team in 2003. He has been involved with hundreds of events as a set designer and props designer. He has held positions in Showtime Events as Creative Director, General Manager and now holds the title of Business Development for Applause Production Group.

Tim Antes, Director of Creative & Production

Tim Antes has been the lead fabricator at our sister company Michigan Events since 2013. He is a master at design and fabrication of sets and props. Tim has many years of experience in production management and has been moved to the position of Director over the Showtime Events creative department and the production of events. He brings with him over 20 years of experience and a wealth of knowledge and imaginative ideas in the creative department.

Maria Netherly, Floral Design & Event Production

Maria earned her degree in horticulture in 2009. Her love of all things horticulture came from her father who owned a landscaping business for many years. She also learned her work ethic from him as she is dedicated, extremely knowledgeable, and very creative. Maria’s outside the box thinking and ability to bring ideas to life are truly one of a kind assets. She has worked in the event industry for almost ten years, and when she is not working she is spending time with family. Interestingly enough, before working with flowers, Maria was a Firefighter working at an Air Force base keeping pilots and aircraft safe.

Alfonzia Brundidge, Production Tech

Alfonzia has been involved in the trades for many years and he uses his experience, skills and his 'Go To' attitude to enhance the Showtime Events Production Team.

Alex Schneider - Production Tech, Michigan

Alex has grown up in the events industry and worked with Michigan Events for several years. He is currently in the role of Production Tech for Michigan Events. Alex is also attending Lansing Community College pursuing a degree in Business Management & Marketing. In his spare time he enjoys going to the beach!
